SIZE RESTRICTIONS: All artwork must 4 inches or smaller (including frame* if applicable) on any one side. Art can be any shape and does not have to be square as long as it meets the size restrictions.

THEME: Artwork may be any theme, style, and medium. No loose glitter or confetti. If using these mediums, they must be completely adhered to the surface in a manner that it will not fall off.

*Artwork does not have to be framed and/or wired for this show.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
Deadline to submit this form is July 2, 2023 at 11:59pm.
There is a limit to 8 pieces per artist. We do not require images or artwork titles during the online submission.

ART SHOW FEE:
The entry fee for this show is $20.00 (flat fee) for up to eight ( 8 ) pieces of tiny art. CASH ONLY entry fee is due during drop off.

There is NO commission fee involved and therefore artists are asked to attend the show and handle all sales transactions. Be sure to have Square, Paypal, Venmo, or other application to take credit card sales. If an artist is unable to handle any sales transactions, Hardy & Nance Studios is happy to facilitate the sale on your behalf for a 20% stipend to cover processing & handling fees.

Drop-off: Artwork needs to be delivered on Sunday, July 9, 2023 (Noon-3p) and Monday, July 10, 2023 (5:30p-8:00p) WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Delivery accepted through Door G entrance.
