THEME: Your artwork may be any subject and medium. Please no loose glitter or confetti. If using these two mediums, they must be completely adhered and sealed to the substrate so that they will not fall off. We do test this at drop off.

**** ALL art MUST be Black & White and shades of gray ONLY. Stay as neutral as possible and avoid a grayscale that is too cool (towards blue/purple) or too warm (towards brown/sepia). No silver, gold, metallic, opalescent, iridescent, or holographic colored paint, glitter, beads, glass, wire, etc. Clear is acceptable for glass or beads. If artwork is on wood, please make sure the natural wood color is not seen and is painted black, white, or gray. If artwork is framed, the frames and mats must also be black, white and/or gray only. Please no silver, gold, natural wood, or other colored frames and mats. ****

SIZE RESTRICTIONS: 2D work no smaller than 8” any side and no larger than 36” any side. Standalone 3D/sculptural work must fit through a standard door way.

ARTWORK ENTRY FEE: The entry fee for this show is $10 cash per accepted piece, due at drop off. If entry fee is not brought during drop off, we cannot accept art. There is no fee to submit images for consideration.

There is NO commission fee involved and therefore artists are required to handle all sales transactions. Your mobile number will be posted on the wall label for patrons to contact you for purchase. Be sure to have Square, Paypal, Venmo, or other applications to take credit card & electronic payments. If an artist is unable to handle any sales transaction, Hardy & Nance Studios is happy to facilitate the sale on your behalf for a 20% stipend to cover processing & handling fees.
