DESCRIPTION:\nHardy & Nance Studios is pleased to announce our Call for Entries for the “MASHED 5: A Mash-up Art Show” that coincides with our Third Saturday Open Studios on February 19\, 2022 from 5-9pm. This call for entries is open to all artists in Houston and surrounding areas working in 2D & 3D media.\n\nTHEME: Art that meets one or more of the following requirements. A collaboration between two or more artists; A mash-up of art styles (e.g. Impressionsism/Surrealism); A mash-up of characters/subjects (e.g. Walking Dead & My Little Pony).\nIn previous years\, we allowed mixed media art on its own as part of the theme. You can still submit mixed media art\, however\, it also has to meet one of the other above requirements. Mixed media alone will not be sufficient for this year’s show.\n\nSUBMISSION DEADLINE: Artists can submit images and information for up to four (4) pieces no later than February 5\, 2022 at 11:59pm. This is a curated show\, so some pieces may not be chosen.\n\nART SHOW FEE: The entry fee for this show is $10 Cash per accepted piece\, due at drop off.
