SUMMARY:Mashed 7: Collaborative Art Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:\n\nHardy & Nance Studios is pleased to announce our Call for Entries for the “MASHED 7: Collaborative Art Exhibition” that coincides with our Third Saturday Open Studios on February 17\, 2024 from 5-9pm. This call for entries is open to all artists in Houston and surrounding areas working in 2D & 3D media.\n\nTHEME:\nArtwork that is a collaboration between two or more artists. Can be any style or subject.\n\nMEDIUM:\nArtwork can be any medium of your choosing*. Please no loose glitter or confetti. If using those two mediums\, they must be completely adhered and sealed to the substrate so that they will not fall off. We will test this at drop off and will reject artwork if glitter comes off on hands.\n*AI generated art/images will not be permitted.\n\nSUBMISSION DEADLINE:\nArtists can submit images and information for up to four (4) pieces per artists\, no later than February 1\, 2024 at 11:59pm. This is a curated show\, so some pieces may not be chosen.\n\nART SHOW FEE:\nThe Cash Only entry fee for this show is $15 per accepted piece to be collected during drop off. There is no fee to submit images for consideration.\nThere is NO commission fee involved and therefore artists will handle all sales transactions. Be sure to have Square\, Paypal\, Venmo\, or other application to take credit card sales.\nIf an artist is unable to handle any sales transactions\, we are happy to facilitate the sale on your behalf for a 20% stipend to cover processing & handling fees.\n• Notification of acceptance will be sent via email no later than EOD on February 5\, 2024.
